v0.2.36 Serial connection fixes
Saved ports and Windows GRBL detection.

- Connect is disabled while the selected serial port is missing. A saved port stays selected when it returns, and Disconnect remains available for an active connection.
- Windows discovery includes registry-only COM ports even when another device list has as many entries or more. USB device information is preserved.
- GRBL detection continues when Windows rejects a baud setting, allowing later rates and the existing classic GRBL reset recovery. Missing-port, access-denied and I/O errors still stop the attempt.
