Facebook group
The Beam Bench Facebook group is the place to ask questions, share what you've made, and see what other makers are doing with the app.
I read every post. If your question isn't obviously a bug, ask there first.
GitHub
For confirmed bugs, feature requests, and anything you want a written record of, file an issue against the Beam Bench project on GitHub.

How to file a useful bug report
The fastest way to get a bug fixed is to use the in-app Send Feedback action (Feedback Report dialog). It bundles:
- The current project (optional, your choice).
- The app version and build.
- A bundle of recent logs.
- Whatever description you write.
That saves me from having to ask "what version, what OS, what were you doing", I already have it.
If you can't or don't want to send via the dialog, include in any bug report:
- What you did (steps to reproduce).
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Your OS and the Beam Bench version (from the About dialog).
- Your machine and firmware (controller type and
$Ioutput if relevant). - Screenshots or short video of the issue if visual.
Where the docs live
I write and maintain these docs alongside the app. If a page is wrong, missing, or out of date, mention it in the Facebook group or file a docs issue.

Beam Bench is funded by two sister sites I run for makers:
