v0.2.37 Windows connections and archive security

Live serial interfaces and safer project archives.

2026-10-28

Windows discovers live serial device interfaces and can open the requested device when its legacy COM name is missing. Connection settings are preserved. Ambiguous matches and access errors stop the attempt.
Project archives with conflicting ZIP headers are rejected. Projects saved with 0.2.36 remain supported.
Update ZIP dependencies and remove an unused ZIP dependency from the updater. Windows EXE, Linux AppImage and macOS tar.gz updates remain supported.
