Camera problems
When the camera does not show what you expect.

- Camera not detected: the device dropdown does not show your camera.
- Overlay does not line up: camera image and workspace are out of register.
- Frame is rotated: the captured frame appears at the wrong orientation.
- Calibration keeps failing: calibration cannot converge.
Setup matters
Camera issues usually trace back to the initial setup:
- Lens calibration (Calibrate the camera), corrects distortion.
- Alignment (Align the overlay), maps image to workspace.
If you skipped these, do them before further debugging.
