Choose a page when importing a multipage PDF. Single-page PDFs import directly, and PDFs with no readable pages show a separate message.

Beam Bench spaces out USB status checks and job replies on the Creality Falcon2 Pro 40W. The change prevented the reproduced freeze in simulation. A retest on the physical laser is still pending.
