Development is funded by two sister sites built for makers:

• Craftgineer: AI tools for makers, including machine-ready SVGs, photo-to-line-art conversions, and stacking projects.
• PrintCutCarve: premium, machine-tested files for printers, cutters, and lasers.

Subscriptions and orders there are what pay for BeamBench's hosting, code signing, and development hours.

Outside the workshop, the same maker also runs Journtell. It is not a laser tool: it turns family memories, told by voice or text, into polished story books. Worth a look if you are preserving family stories.

If you build laser engravers, your customers may already be running them with BeamBench, a free, actively developed app for GRBL machines. Sponsoring the project is a direct way to make the software side of your hardware better:

• Sponsor recognition on this page and in release notes.
• Compatibility collaboration: test units and firmware details mean your machines get first-class connection support and documented quirks.
• A conversation about integrations your customers would benefit from.

What a sponsorship includes is worked out per partner. One thing is fixed: the app stays free for makers, and anything sponsored is additive. It never paywalls existing functionality.

The best ways to support BeamBench cost little or nothing: share the app with another maker, send bug reports from inside the app, join the Facebook group, or check out the sister sites above when you need what they make.
