v0.2.24 Speed controls and PDF import fixes

Changes in Beam Bench 0.2.24.

Layer speed controls now follow the active machine profile and reach its exact maximum in every display unit.
Existing project speeds are preserved, with a notice when they exceed the selected machine limit.
PDF and PDF-compatible Illustrator imports now accept ordinary opaque graphics settings. Unsupported effects produce a specific error.
