Modifiers Toolbar
Vertical strip on the left, below the Creation Toolbar. Hosts the modifiers (boolean, offset, arrays) that operate on the current selection.
The Modifiers Toolbar holds operations that act on whatever is selected: boolean ops, offset, arrays, weld, set start point, radius.

When the Radius Tool is active, a numeric input for R (radius in mm or inches) appears on the toolbar.
When the Two-Point Rotate & Scale, Warp, or Deform tools are active, the toolbar may show their entry as well.
Layout
Vertical strip on the left edge of the workspace, stacked directly under the Creation Toolbar in the same icon column. Visible whenever the Creation Toolbar is.
