v0.2.14 Connection detection and Linux diagnostics
Changes in Beam Bench 0.2.14.
- Serial controller detection now preserves every probe attempt, begins with a non-resetting status query, and sweeps the common GRBL-family, Marlin, and Smoothieware baud rates. FluidNC, grblHAL, and Auto-detect are no longer subjected to an arbitrary DTR reset.
- Connectivity reports now distinguish a port that could not be opened from a port that opened but stayed silent or returned an unrecognized protocol, retain a larger bounded event/TX/RX history, and require the machine/controller model plus a short description.
- Automatically generated machine profile names no longer retain stale serial port suffixes after the device moves to a different port.
- Linux now saves early GTK, WebKit, EGL, and Rust startup output to a native diagnostics log. If the embedded interface cannot load, the native error dialog shows the log location and can open its folder without relying on the failed webview.
