v0.2.17 Manual Z controls

Changes in Beam Bench 0.2.17.

Machine profiles with Z movement enabled now show finite Z- and Z+ controls in the Move panel. Z jogging uses the same distance selected for XY movement and the profile's dedicated Z feed rate.
Manual Z controls stay hidden for profiles without Z support and while rotary mode is enabled. Ruida lift-table jogging continues to use the same guarded, serialized motion path.
