v0.2.15 Linux AppImage startup fix

Changes in Beam Bench 0.2.15.

Linux AppImages no longer bundle the older Wayland, GLib, and GStreamer runtime libraries that can conflict with newer Mesa drivers and abort the embedded WebKit interface with EGL_BAD_PARAMETER on Kubuntu and other current distributions.
The Linux release workflow now rebuilds and signs the corrected AppImage, then audits its contents so a release fails if any incompatible host-level runtime library is reintroduced.
