Beam Bench 0.2.3 prevents canvas flashes while moving artwork and makes the startup promotion reliable on Linux.

Fixes
- Moving artwork no longer causes brief black canvas flashes during selection animation or isolated-object editing.
- The startup promotion now uses bundled animated WebP previews with static fallbacks. It still appears on every launch, but Linux media-decoder failures can no longer block the app at startup.
Download the release from beambench.com. Before running a job, verify the Preview and frame the work area on the machine.
